One of the earliest members of PAX, Richard doesn't fight on the front lines as much as they used to and spends most of their time indoors with their girlfriend, Rachel. Spending most of his time watching the SCU on TV and playing Video Games on outdated hardware, he's not exactly sure what Rachel sees in him, but he isn't complaining.
SHADOW: Having replicated the Shadow Clan technique, they are capable of becoming one with the shadows, including ones created by their weaponry. This allows them increased mobility.
WATER: Richard is critically weak to all water-based attacks, moreso than would be expected just by nature of wearing electrical equipment at all times. While the exact reason why is unclear, many theorize that the modifications to the technique and its affects on the user are the source of this unnatural reaction to water.
